Yes. SignFile signatures are fully compliant with the ESIGN Act, making them legally binding across the United States and recognized in most countries worldwide including the UAE and UK.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Your signed documents are always yours. If you cancel, you keep read-only access to all your previously signed documents forever. We never delete signed contracts.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-month you only pay the difference. If you downgrade it takes effect at your next billing cycle.

ESIGN Act + SHA-256 tamper protection
Every signed document is sealed with a SHA-256 hash fingerprint of the original file and the final signature payload. If a single byte changes after signing, the hash breaks and the audit certificate flags it. The ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) grants electronic signatures the same legal weight as wet ink — we generate the evidence to back it.
